At Waferix Trading, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Return requests must include proof of purchase (invoice or order number).
Note: Because we are a wholesale supplier, returns may be subject to approval and restocking fees.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Items sold as clearance, final sale, or special orders

Products that have been used, damaged, or are missing parts

Perishable goods, custom items, or hygiene-related products (unless defective)
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

A description of the issue
We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
4. Return Process

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Refunds

6. Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved returns, particularly for large or bulk orders.
